Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Pedro, operating as Cybersecurity Rock Star (“we”), collects and uses information across cybersecurityrockstar.com and related subdomains and programs (the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide — name and email address when you contact us, sign up for a program, or opt in on a landing page. Account and program data is stored in our database provider, Supabase.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation of a purchase and limited billing details (e.g. name, email, purchase amount); we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider, and, on some marketing pages, advertising pixels described below.
2. Advertising and analytics
Some of our marketing pages (not this root site) use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure ad performance and build lookalike audiences. This shares limited event data (such as page views and purchases) with Meta. You can control ad personalization through your own ad platform account settings and browser privacy controls.
3. How we use information
- To deliver the program or resource you purchased or requested.
- To send you emails related to your purchase, program access, or requests you’ve made.
- To measure and improve marketing performance.
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
4. Third parties we work with
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database provider for user accounts and program data.
- Meta — advertising measurement (marketing pages only).
- Email delivery provider — transactional and program emails.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and security practices.
5. Cookies
This root site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Individual program pages and checkout pages may use cookies required for payment processing or ad measurement, as described above.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver the Services, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing pedro@cybersecurityrockstar.com.
Depending on where you live, you may also have specific rights under your local data protection law, including:
- European Union / EEA — the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- United Kingdom — the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Canada — the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
- United States — the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and similar privacy laws in other states.
- Australia — the Privacy Act 1988.
- New Zealand — the Privacy Act 2020.
These rights generally include the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. If a law that applies to you isn’t listed above, email us and we will honor the rights it grants you.
8. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
