Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cybersecurityrockstar.com and any programs, communities, or digital products offered by Pedro under the Cybersecurity Rock Star brand, including subdomains such as academy, workshop, and arena (together, the “Services”). By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who this is for

The Services are educational and coaching resources for people pursuing careers in cybersecurity. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use paid Services.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Nothing in the Services constitutes a promise or guarantee of employment, income, or any specific career outcome. Results depend on your own effort, background, and market conditions. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results.

3. Payments and refunds

Prices for paid programs are listed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full payment card details.

We offer a minimum 30-day refund window on our paid programs: if a program isn’t working for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will return your payment. We built this policy around getting you real results, not simply collecting payment. A specific program’s checkout or sales page may state a longer refund window; where it does, that longer period applies instead of the 30-day minimum.

4. Intellectual property

All content, materials, and branding within the Services — including but not limited to text, video, course materials, and the Cybersecurity Rock Star name and logo — are owned by Pedro or licensed to him, and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to access them through unauthorized means, sharing paid access with people who have not purchased it, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pedro and Cybersecurity Rock Star will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
